You will be directed to Pay Pal, a secure connection. If you are not already a member of Pay Pal, go ahead and sign up. The process of becoming a member takes approximately 5 minutes. After you have created an account at Pay Pal, follow the directions on the screen, and it will guide you through the order process. This process of becoming a member will prompt you to enter your shipping and billing information, preferred shipping method, and payment method. There are no other obligations to you in becoming a member of Pay Pal outside of making your purchase.
After you have finished placing your order with Pay Pal, you will be asked if you want to return to this website.
To confirm your order, you will receive an order confirmation notice via e-mail form both PayPal this website.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Pay Pal allows you to easily, change or cancel your order from within your account. The benefit of being a member of Pay Pal allows you to have access to your own personal account where you can make any changes to the details as you wish. Make sure that you read the policy information at Pay Pal.
May I have my order shipped to an address in Canada?
All orders can be shipped to any North American address. Please be noted that international orders may be subject to custom and duty charge

How will my purchase be shipped?
Once you have finalized your purchase through Pay Pal, or by contacting us for postal mail transaction, you will receive a confirmation notice from us that indicates all shipping details, method of payment, and the date that you can expect to receive your shipment. Shipping usually is 7 to 10 business days. You will also receive a confirmation from Pay Pal.com. It is recommended that you keep this confirmation notice, as it will contain useful information about the shipment of your purchase.
Can I track my shipment?
You will receive you tracking number by e-mail after your payment is made, and the item has been shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of insurance is included in the shipping charge.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your purchase has been damaged in delivery, do not remove the item from the package.
Please do the following: Contact us here. Be sure to tell us your order number, name, phone number, description of the damaged item(s), and the condition of the box. Leave item in the box and do not throw anything out. We will file a damage claim with the courier and arrange to have the package picked up for inspection.
What if I receive my purchase and I do not like it? May I return it?
Your confirmation notice will include instructions that will help you to return your unwanted purchase. Therefore, please keep a copy of the notice. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping fees and the cost for insurance. There is a $45 dollar service fee for returning the merchandise. The merchandise must be in same condition and properly packed in order to receive the refund.
Auction items are sold as is. You may return the artwork for credit on another piece of available artwork of the same value of the purchasing price less shipping cost.
To Return you order
Contact us with the Artwork ID. Pack the artwork in suitable packaging to protect it from damage. Return it within 14 days to the address provided in the package. For your protection, we recommend you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment of returns.
